Life has many aspects. So why only talk about life when you can talk about it aspects.
So, before starting with any other aspect why don't we talk about something refreshing like TRAVEL. I know it's a straight forward topic and I could have started of with something basic but it is one of the most important aspect of life.
It's true that each one of us has our own choice of travelling. To which place you'd like to go, at what time, what activities you'd do there, what clothes are needed, what gadgets are needed and what not.
Not how does travel relate with life? Well, you might say that "Oh, I'll get relaxed, or, I need a break" or you might say that you might wanna try out new things, new places with your friends or family. But there's more than that, travel is a must in life as it not only takes us to new places but also teaches new cultures, traditions, friendly relations and MOST IMPORTANTLY a long meeting with our inner self.
Travelling does not only mean travelling from one country to another but it can also be travelling from part of a country or state to another. TRAVELLING IS A VERY GOOD WAY OF LETTING GO OF STRESS AND DEPRESSION. Yes, this is true. You really don't need to go to another state or country to get the best experience of travel. Plus, it is true that by travelling stress and depression level reduces.
You will also not believe this when I tell you that you can find a whole lot of new things and a whole lot of stress and depression relief when you travel back into the parts, moments and memories of your life. Go back to your old school, meet your old friends, visit the place which was your favourite in childhood, go do something that you always wanted to do, get involved in those activities which you used to do when you were small and even if you recount the memories of your life, YOU TRAVEL.
So, those who are stressed, depressed or even those who wanna take a break, pack your bags and get ready to go to your dream destination OR just take a break from the surroundings around you and the work around you and sit back and relax and think about your past memories (ONLY GOOD MEMORIES) and "voila" you've come back from a long journey............. :)
